EnviroPerfect Programs are designed to transition your lawn from a chemical treated or non treated system to an environmentally responsible system.  Unlike traditional programs, ours can be started any time during the growing season without affecting the results.

Please Note:
Results may vary depending on the condition of the lawn. Extra applications may be required. Our technician will advise and discuss prior to treatment. A season refers to April to Sept in a single year.

For those who like to "Do-It-Yourself" - with a little help. We handle the soil and biology restoration, you handle the rest as per your own style and goals.

Seasonal Treatment:

1. Our soil expert will evaluate your lawn’s health and customizes the EnviroPerfect program to meet your needs.
   
2. Initiate the EnviroPerfect program with first EnviroPerfect SoilMate application of the season.
   
3. Mid season evaluation and second EnviroPerfect SoilMate application
   
4. Late summer/early fall treatment with third EnviroPerfect SoilMate application to secure the ground for the coming winter.

5. In late summer/early fall we will continue the transition with third EnviroPerfect SoilMate application to secure the ground for the coming winter.

2. Initiate the EnviroPerfect Gold Program with first EnviroPerfect SoilMate application of the season. The EnviroPerfect SoilMate includes additives such as Spring Booster (jump starts microbial activity) and Depth Booster (breaks up clay and hard sand deposits faster for quicker, deeper root penetration). These additives give your lawn a healthy boost in the Spring to rapidly increase activity in the soil.
   
3. Apply compost top dressing to your lawn and any overseeding necessary.
4. EnviroPerfect will apply the first application of EnviroPerfect Organic Fertilizer to your lawn.
5. Mid season evaluation and second EnviroPerfect SoilMate and Fertilizer application.
   
6. In late summer/early fall we will continue the treatment with third EnviroPerfect SoilMate application to secure the ground for the coming winter.

2. Initiate the EnviroPerfect Platinum Program with first EnviroPerfect SoilMate application of the season. The EnviroPerfect SoilMate includes additives such as Spring Booster (jump starts microbial activity) and Depth Booster (breaks up clay and hard sand deposits faster for quicker, deeper root penetration). These additives give your lawn a healthy boost in the Spring to rapidly increase activity in the soil.
   
3. Apply compost top dressing to your lawn and any overseeding necessary.
4. If your lawn suffers from thick thatch, we will initiate the Dethatch Program.
5. EnviroPerfect will apply the first application of EnviroPerfect Organic Fertilizer to your lawn.
6. Mid season evaluation and second EnviroPerfect SoilMate and Fertilizer application.
   
7. In late summer/early fall we will continue the treatment with third EnviroPerfect SoilMate application to secure the ground for the coming winter.
   
8. On-site consultations during the season are free (some conditions apply).
9. Additional SoilMate applications provided free as necessary.

EnviroPerfect Fall Program

In order to prepare your lawn for a better experience and quicker start next Spring, choose the EnviroPerfect Fall Program. We'll visit your lawn once, treating it with the EnviroPerfect SoilMate application, which includes the Depth Booster and Organic Fertilizer.

With this application, your lawn should over-winter better, reducing the effects of snow mold and other winter effects.

Prices are based on average city lot size of lawn up to 3000 sq ft in size, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time.

EnviroPerfect’s New Lawn Program will help get your new lawn off to a great start.

Seed:

1. Initiate the EnviroPerfect New Lawn Program prior to the application of seed. This includes laying a compost and soil base and applying the first EnviroPerfect SoilMate treatment.
   
2. EnviroPerfect will reccommend a seed blend based on your property's specific needs - climate, shade, sun, slope, etc. We will provide watering instructions for caring for your new lawn.
3. Mid season application of the EnviroPerfect SoilMate treatment and organic fertilizer.
   
4. In late summer/early fall we will apply the EnviroPerfect SoilMate treatment for the final time.
   
5. The fee for this service is based on the size of the area seeded.
   

Your lawn is now ready to continue with its development. In season two and beyond, please feel free to choose from our standard EnviroPerfect Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Programs.

Sod:

Many people would like to lay sod instead of seeding. Sod can be less messy, gives an instantly finished look, and can be used sooner than a seeded lawn.

1. Initiate the EnviroPerfect New Lawn Program prior to the application of sod. This includes laying a compost and soil base and applying the first EnviroPerfect SoilMate treatment and organic fertilizer. The ground is now ready for your new lawn.
   
2. You are now welcome to contact a local landscaping company or sod farm have have your new sod delivered and laid. Water regularly to keep the group moist, but do not overwater. Shorter watering periods more frequently are much preferred over heavy watering periods once per week.
3. Mid season application of the EnviroPerfect SoilMate treatment.
   
4. In late summer/early fall we will apply the EnviroPerfect SoilMate treatment for the final time.
   

Your lawn is now ready to continue with its development. In season two and beyond, please feel free to choose from our standard EnviroPerfect Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Programs.
